on gathering requirements a quick and tiny (and old!) ppt emphasizing on prototyping being instrumental
in improving Q of reqmt gathering.
i can relate with one similar experience. we dint use tools, but were
quick on developing the prototype, and the entire 'requirement
gathering exercise' was much smoother, faster (if you consider that
there was hardly any rework) etc. must concede that the required
system was 'fairly simple', and hence the HLD etc wasnt a separately
